Our Facilities
Our Centre is an ideal setting for a group getaway, team activities, or school excursion. It has a Peaceful bushland setting accommodating around 150 people. We offer both fully catered or self catering options. Come along for lots of adventurous activities and fun!
LOCATION
Located in Morton National Park in the the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, the Centre is ideally located for adventure and exploration. Wildes Meadow is a 5 minute drive with the Hamlet of Fitzroy Falls close by. The area is famous for the stunning Belmore and Fitzroy falls - some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Australia.

There is a Chapel used for Weddings and special occasions. Outdoor Adventure areas include an outdoor atrium with firepit, and tree climbing apparatus. By accepting these terms and conditions you are also accepting the rules that apply to group or individual facilities/services. Please ensure that you review website information herein. The Fitzroy Falls Accommodation and Adventure Centre will not be liable for injury, damage, delays or any costs incurred by visitors.
Full payment is required 14 days prior the booking commencement date the booking. If necessary, any additional expenses incurred (extra participants, breakages, etc) will be invoiced and payment is requested withing 14 days of invoice. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
A $1500 or %50 (whichever is lower) holding deposit is necessary. 100% Deposit refund will only be given for cancellations made 2 months in advance of the booking commencement date. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the period booked will be required to pay the minimum rate.
All bookings require a primary guest who must be 18 years or older and supply first and family names, home town, country, valid email address and phone number at the time of booking. Organisations such as Schools or Clubs must provide details as described and also full details of your Organisation.
The people named on the booking may be required to produce proof of identity when accessing the facilities/services booked. Accepted forms of ID are a passport, driver's licence, credit card, firearms licence or student ID.
All cancellations must be made via the contact page here or using the phone number listed. In the event of a cancellation by the conference centre, the hirer shall be entitled to a full refund.
Booking refunds will only be made to the person/agent who made the original booking. Refunds will be made using the payment method used or booking payment. Refunds for closures of facilities must be applied for no later than 7 days after the booking date.
A minimum charge (minimum rate) exists for the hire of the conference centre. Please enquire when booking
Daily Duties - The campsite is to be maintained in a clean condition by participants – maintaining hygiene etc.
All breakages and losses to conference centre property or equipment are to be reported to conference centre management. Damages will be invoiced to the group. The conference centre takes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property.
Campers are only permitted to access the buildings to which they have been allocated.
No firearms, animals or pets onto the property that may disturb the natural environment. Rubbish and recyclable materials are to be placed in designated areas.
Fitzroy Falls Accommodation Centre is an Alcohol and Smoke free environment. All buildings are smoke/vape free zones. Alcohol can only be consumed with prior written approval of the conference centre.
Out of bounds - Workshops, residences, surrounding property, water bodies petrol bowsers, gas bottles and amenities are “out of bounds” unless directed by conference centre staff.
Behaviour - Customers are expected to always act in a respectful and safe manner. Respect for property, staff, environment and others. No food and drink in dorm rooms. Noise should cease by 11:00pm. Enclosed shoes should be work at all times for the safety of customers.
Check-in time is from 10am on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with Fitzroy Falls Conference and Adventure Centre.
If guests are arriving later than 7pm, we ask the guest to contact us during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.
Any disorderly conduct or inappropriate behaviour may lead to removal from the premises without recompense. Any damage or unlawful acts will incur necessary costs for the booking customer/agent.
The conference centre reserved the right to terminate the occupancy without notice for breach of the General Conditions of Hire.
Conference Centre staff are empowered to take action as may be deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the camp.
When you register or provide us with personal information when making a booking we will hold that information in a database. Your personal details will then be accessible to the Fitzroy Falls Conference if you make a booking. Our Centre will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission, unless required to do so by law.
Where you have requested, or in cases where you have signed up, you may receive periodic communications from us informing you of special offers, updated information and other new services. You may request to be unsubscribed to any regular communications.
Strictly at owner’s risk and only in areas as directed or sign posted.
Speed restrictions apply and are enforced.
First Aid - The responsibility of customers. Basic first aid supplies are available – group bookings should bring their own first aid kits.
Procedure notices are posted throughout the campsite – customers should make themselves familiar with arrangements. Fire fighting equipment and smoke detectors must not be tampered with or removed. No fires or BBQ in periods of fire danger without consent from conference centre staff. Total fire bans must be strictly observed.
All facilities are accessible and there is accommodation specifically for wheelchair access. We will endeavor to provide every available assistance to those who have disabilities or special requirements.
